Discovering the Cohesion of a Volleyball Team and Finding the Right Leader of the Group

Abstract The main focus of the research was to discover the cohesion of our team and to find the leader of our volleyball group. The research sample was composed of 12 players with aged between 10 and 12 years old that play for CSM Bucharest at mini-volleyball level. The main research methods used was the sociometric survey method which aimed to find the elections and rejections in our group and to discover the hierarchy of every player in the team. Sono, in particolare, evidenziati il metodo diretto e il metodo fotogrammetrico che, congiuntamente, permettono di ottimizzare la rappresentazione dell'architettura storica in vista delle elaborazioni grafiche del progetto. The poster concerns the metric survey of historic architecture for the restoration project. Are, in particular, highlighted the direct method and the photogrammetric method, which, together, allow you to optimize the representation of ancient architecture.

La conoscenza storico-critica e la capacità di rilevare e rappresentare le architetture del passato sono alla base della elaborazione di un progetto di restauro. Il contributo mostra gli esiti di una campagna per la conoscenza tipologica e dimensionale di una architettura nella città di Palermo con metodologie innovative. The historical-critical knowledge and the ability to detect and represent the architecture of the past are the basis for development of a restoration project. The contribution shows the results of a campaign for the dimensional and typological knowledge of architecture in the city of Palermo with innovative methodologies.
Towards a mean body for apparel design

This paper focuses on shape average with applications to the apparel industry. Apparel industry uses a consensus sizing system; its major concern is to fit most of the population into it. Since anthropometric measures do not grow linearly, it is important to find prototypes to accurately represent each size. This is done using random compact mean sets, obtained from a cloud of 3D points given by a scanner and applying to the sample a previous definition of mean set. Additionally, two approaches to define confidence sets are introduced. The methodology is applied to data obtained from a real anthropometric survey. The paper is focused on the layout and testing of a workflow for the documentation of archeological remains, addressed to the study, visualization and information data input. Topographic, laser scanning and photogrammetric data have been used to build up 3D textured models of three ancient houses built in Sicily and in Tunisia in the Hellenistic and Roman age. 3D models have been used to extract conventional representations (plans and sections), analyze the geometric and proportional features and propose a virtual reconstruction of the original layout.
